role purpose & statement
review current machine situations to develop machine capability and automation process
main responsibilities ？
review and make improvement on current production process and provide training to related department ？
establish electrical and automation process for new production equipment ？
assist mechanical team for machine improvement ？
establish related sop ？
assist new equipment installation and commissioning ？
review and assess production equipment to develop automation plan ？
assist maintenance team for machine maintenance, if necessary ？
establish project plan and follow up with supplier on new equipment and improvement work progress
job requirements ？
bachelor’s degree in electrical & automation ？
5 years electrical flied experience, 2 years in supervisor level ？
familiar with microsoft office, cad and microsoft project software ？
familiar with different brand plc program, such as ab, siemens, kawasaki etc and can work independent as a programmer ？
english level, grade 4 or above

good listener with open communication skill ？
work as a good team player
