Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the implementation of various human resource policies within the business department find problems 、feedback and correct problems in a timely manner; 2. According to the company's business needs; plan the operation's recruitment, training, performance, salary, promotion and other related human resource matters; 3. Meet the business needs and collaborate with HR other colleagues to complete the department recruitment plan with quality and quantity on time;4. Responsible for talent development in the corresponding function, make targeted employee ability improvement plan, talent development plan and implement it effectively; 5. Employee relationship management: pay attention to employee changes, coordinate employee relationships and properly handle various personnel disputes. 6. Coaching and advising function leaders on various HR matters (performance, communication, employee relations, etc) and continuously maintain good employee morals;7. Responsible for developing, executing, monitoring HR budget in the related functions and provide effective solutions to assure both HC and cost within the budget 8. Leading one of HR domain and develop proper HR initiatives/project to expand to GAAS other plants/functions; Qualification:1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration;2.10 years solid working experience in manufacturing HR field, automotive Industry background will be preferred;3. Deep understanding of manufacture process;4. Proactive, self-motivated, strong ownership;5. Good communication and influencing skills 。
