Good command of written English. 2. PMP certified, Agile experienced are preferred. 3. Good communication, negotiation and conflict management skill. 4. This candidate need to have some data analysis skills. 5. Lead cross functional business/departments through assigned projects from inception to completion, and ensure they meet aggressive timing, performance, cost and quality objectives. 6. Ensure projects launch on time and meet deliverable requirements. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, and updated. 7. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders. 8. Ensure that timely and accurate reviews and routine reports are conducted on assigned projects. 9. Perform post launch reviews on projects to ensure targets have been met and report gaps to planned business profitability. 10. Manage day-to-day priorities of critical path resources when necessary to help drive results
