职责描述:
1. Support and manage the analysis, development and coordination with Customer Groups, Product Groups, Group Risk, Regulatory Reporting and regulators on the review and implementation of IRB models;
2. Support and manage the Basel 3 reform change initiatives; Support and integrate the model usage MI dashboards in Tableau with the new regulatory capital reporting platform;
3. Provide deep dive data analysis to identify model usage issues and liaise the remediation solution with stakeholders;
4. Support and manage the BAU reporting and risk parameter update for Wholesale IRB models;
5. Lead the discussion in the model usage issues and liaise the resolution with the senior stakeholders;
6. Support the interaction with customer groups and product groups to ensure understanding of credit risk models, policy and decision making/behavior to achieve related aims.
任职要求:
1. Degree holder or above in Finance, Mathematics, Risk Management, Statistics or a related field; 4 years of experience in banking industry, including experience in Credit Risk and Wholesale Banking products;
2. Have a good understanding of credit risk (PD/EAD/LGD) modelling and their underlying risk drivers, in particular within the wholesale environment; Prefer to have experience in Basel and HKMA regulatory capital rules;
3. Sizable system integration project experience preferable related to regulatory capital / risk modelling implementation, including system testing cases and user acceptance testing;
4. Able to work in a dynamic and multinational culture and cope with high pressure; Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills;
5. Advanced judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems; Ability to build effective relationships and liaise effectively with key business areas and management at all levels of the organization;
6. Have a strong desire to embrace and drive change with strong influencing ability; Strong technical skill in Tableau and/or Python.
