How You’ll Make an Impact：
· Plan, schedule and conduct proposal preparation within given time
frame, with technical and
commercial accuracy.
· Analyze customer specification, prepare comment and product
configuration, and elaborate
optimized solutions in line with project specific proposal strategy.
· Calculation of bid prices, preparation of bid documents, clarification
in the bidding process,
participation in the formulation of bidding strategies, submission of bids on
time;
· Participate in the contract negotiation and signing of the winning
project, transfer all relevant
information and documents to the project execution department of the company,
assist the
project manager and design engineer to carry out design liaison meetings with
customers;
· Support front-end sales development/maintenance of customer
relationships, provide project
winning rate, including but not limited to customer visits, product
introductions, technical
support, etc.;
· Coordinate supporting engineering and other departments in accordance
with project specific
requirements, to ensure timely and high quality inputs, cost effective
solutions to proposal.
· Develop and maintain historical project proposal database.
What You Bring：
· 1 to 5 years in a corresponding function with manufacturing in an
international environment,
· International project experience with collaboration within
international teams is a plus.
· Experience in international working environment is a must
· Having worked in a different country is a plus.
· Basic knowledge on manufacturing- and repair technologies
· Basic knowledge on materials, especially with degradation
· Good verbal and written communications skills in English
· Bachelor degree
· Major in Engineering, Automation and etc.Good command of English
speaking
