Job Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
1. Regularly investigate the employment needs of all departments, develop and update recruitment plans, and prepare annual manpower requirements, training plans, and cost budgets for the company;
定期调查各部门的用人需求,制定和更新招聘计划,编制公司年度人力需求、培训计划及成本费用预算;

2.Responsible for screening applicants' resumes and conducting interviews, evaluating the suitability of candidates with job requirements, and recommending potential suitable candidates to the hiring department;
负责应聘者简历筛选及面试甄选,评估应聘人员与岗位需求的契合度,向用人部门推荐可能合适的人选;

3. Timely track the recruitment process, continuously improve work methods and improve recruitment efficiency through data statistics and analysis;
对招聘过程进行及时跟踪,通过数据统计和分析,持续改进工作方式,提高招聘效率;

4. Establish and improve the company's performance evaluation process and system, design and prepare evaluation documents;
建立和完善公司的绩效考核流程和绩效体系,设计、编制考核文件;

5.Responsible for the development and implementation of training plans for various companies in the group, and regularly evaluating and evaluating employees;
负责集团各公司培训计划的制定和实施,并定期对员工进行评定评估工作;

6. Shaping, maintaining, developing, and disseminating corporate culture, promoting employer brand image;
塑造、维护、发展和传播企业文化,推广雇主品牌形象;

7. Responsible for employee relationship management and employee communication.

Job Requirements【任职要求】
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
人力资源管理或相关专业本科学历;

2. At least 5 years of human resources related work experience, including 2 years of recruitment management or interviewer experience;
5年以上人力资源相关工作经验,包括2年以上招聘管理或面试官经验;

3. Familiar with talent selection techniques and identification methods, with experience in recruiting mid to high level talents is preferred;
熟悉人才甄选技巧和识别方法,有中高级人才招聘经验优先;

4.Familiar with various labor and personnel regulations and policies of the country and enterprises;
熟悉国家、企业各项劳动人事法规政策;

5. Good English proficiency, CET-6 or above preferred;
英语良好,英语六级或以上优先;

6. Good at organization and coordination, strong service awareness, and strong execution ability;
善于组织和协调,服务意识强,执行力强;

7. Strong sense of responsibility, able to provide proactive feedback and timely communication in work;
责任心强,工作中能够主动反馈、及时沟通;

8. Proficient in using office software, with strong language and written expression skills.
熟练运用办公软件,语言和文字表达能力强。
