职责描述:
1. Responsible for timely and accurate production, quality control and submission of report(s) to the Regulator.
2. Periodic reviews of reporting and data controls on both existing and new reports by collaborating with the Report Owner and Risk Steward (second line of defense).
3. Respond to queries and comments raised by Regulator regarding report production, report submission and regulatory requirement.
4. Manage regulatory data programme, include defining data programme strategy, tracking the programme status, overseeing the activities of data process owners, liaison with stakeholders, and supporting regulator engagement.
5. Support and handle data control activities, include data governance management, data control and quality review, data and process identification.
6. Provide update and escalation to Governance Forum.
任职要求:
1. Background in portfolio reporting, data governance, data management, data control, regulatory engagement. 2-3 years in portfolio reporting, data management, business analysis, risk management.
2. Have fair understanding of regulatory reporting, data governance and management principles.
3. Attention to detail combined with a strong delivery focus and ability to meet aggressive timeframes with quality results. Awareness on regulatory requirement, data governance and management trends within the banking industry.
4. Strong presentation skills: facilitate steering committee and good stakeholder management as the role will face across all different levels of management in the bank locally, regionally and globally, as well regulator.
5. Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. Ability to interact and build relationship with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
6. Able to work independently with less supervision. University degree in related disciplines.
