职责描述: 1. Conduct research on applied artificial intelligence to develop innovative solutions to real-world problems 2. Work closely with stakeholders to define the research agenda for the team addressing business needs 3. Work closely with researchers and data scientists to achieve research goals 4. Drive and lead research initiatives with Universities 5. Develop and implement research plans, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and technologies in the fields of research 8. Publish research findings in academic journals and present at conferences 9. Commercialise the research findings for application for non financial risk identification and mitigation 10. Support the development of model governance activities 任职要求: 1. Masters of Philosophy or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting research in artificial intelligence or machine learning 3. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages 4. Proven ability to apply research to practical applications and solve real-world problems 5. Excellent communication and leadership skills 6.
