Overview:
A Business Development Associate in a recruitment company is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth and expansion of the company's client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals and pitches to potential clients.
Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met and to develop customized recruitment solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
